The amount of pain, hurt, and confusion in our world is quite overwhelming. Many of us are stressed to the max and are either going through a trial, have just finished going through a trial, or we are preparing to go through a trial. We fight against evil in the world, and we are constantly fighting the evil within us, known as sin. We can fall into patterns of loneliness, depression, grief, isolation, addiction and any other number of ailments. It’s at this very point that the assistance of God Almighty is needed, as well as the encouragement and compassion from His people in the local church.
